Qualifications and Skills
  • 1 to 3+ years of sales development experience with a clear track record of
  • exceeding goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly via phone and virtual meetings
  • Highly motivated to make an impact and learn from others
  • Self-driven and not afraid to explore
  • Track record of over-achievement
  • Hungry to excel and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Smart with the ability to adapt in a fast changing environment is important.
  • A history of evangelical sales is highly desirable.
  • Well versed or ready to learn quickly how to use Salesforce.com to manage leads, activities and your pipeline.
  • Experience in the learning and development industry and/or selling to Human
  • Resource professionals would be valuable
  • Eager to learn from top executives and grow 

Working out of our Bellevue office, you’ll:
  • Prospect for new customers leveraging existing leads as well as building your own target lists based on key segments of interest. Creative use of social media and other selling tools is highly encouraged.
  • Sell to new customers; explaining our value proposition and providing demonstrations of our software.
  • Qualify prospective leads using our best practice methodology
  • Work with counterparts on the Product and Marketing teams to develop and deliver customer proposals and responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Orchestrate discussions with senior leaders around their business needs
  • Strategize and work with top-producing Account Executives
  • Map prospective accounts and engage in targeted leads
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage a growing pipeline in an efficient and productive manner
