About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, sharp and highly motivated Director to lead a growing sales team. This key role will report to and collaborate directly with the CEO and be responsible for managing a nimble sales team that is transforming the Learning & Development market. In addition to managing the sales team, the Director will be expected to learn quickly and leverage analytical tools to optimize sales performance while navigating key deals. This role is for a tenacious and focused individual as the growth of the company will depend on the Sales team hitting and exceeding targets.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 5 to 10 years of sales experience (ideally in the SaaS space)
  • 2-3 years of sales management experience
  • Track record of over-achievement
  • Experience in fast-growing evangelical markets
  • Highly motivated to make a mark in a fast-growing SaaS business
  • Hungry to excel and succeed in a fast-paced scrappy start-up environment
  • Extremely organized and able to keep track of activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to recruit, train and develop sales professionals
  • Self-driven and not afraid to explore
  • Data driven and analytical
  • Strategically minded to navigate complex deals
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Savvy with various CRM tools

Job Description

Working out of our Bellevue office, you’ll:
  • Lead and build a growing sales team
  • Work with the executive team to mold a high-achieving Sales culture, focused on delivering results
  • Analyze performance metrics data to effectively direct the Sales team
  • Recruit, train and develop new and existing account executives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Navigate and direct sales team through complex deals
  • Review and carefully manage CRM and other sales tools
