About the Role
We are looking for a talented Principal Software Developer who is passionate about solving real problems and is excited about using the latest technology to do it.
You will lead the efforts to develop new and enhanced products using machine learning models and behavioral science to design user experiences that ensure every conversation on the platform achieves learning, interpersonal, and career breakthroughs.
You are an entrepreneurial, purpose-driven, independent, and high capacity engineer who can be at the core of our engineering team and take ownership of the entire platform as our senior developer.
In addition, you're passionate about building technology at scale and solving challenges for your customers in creative and innovative ways.
High proficiency in building backend systems in .NET Core 3.x, .NET Framework 4.7+
High proficiency in building frontend systems in Vue.js
At least 7+ years of experience with strong computer science fundamentals
Architect and build highly performant APIs and frontend frameworks
Significant experience working with both relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, Postgres)
Experience with large-scale, distributed systems
Experience working with cloud technologies (either Azure or AWS)
Ability to work both independently and with remote teams
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
Be vigilant of any threats from internal and external sources to Imperative or our customer’s information assets
Validate products and services are secure factoring in OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
