We are looking for a Senior and/or Lead Product Manager who is skilled and experienced in customer-focused product strategy and delivery. As a successful product manager on the team, you will have end–to–end ownership of the product vision, starting with the customer, then gathering and reconciling requirements from a range of business partners including merchandising, marketing, engineering, user experience, supply chain, legal, finance, and more, and working backwards from the desired end state to arrive at the plan to get there.
The successful Lead Product manager will be experienced in opportunity analysis, solutions design, and accurate execution. They will be capable of helping craft a customer experience, defining a roadmap, modeling expected outcomes for deliverables (financial and otherwise), seeing them through to launch to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals. Following launch, the successful product manager will not walk away from the solution, but instead, confirm with the customer that you indeed got it right, evaluate business measures to ensure the solution met the need, and tweak and optimize what’s in production until the desired customer and business goals are met.
You will build roadmaps in conjunction with product and strategic leaders across disciplines, and you will be responsible for forecasting and actualizing results (customer, business, financial, etc) from your roadmap. You will be the owner of the areas for which you are responsible, which includes understanding how customers use the product, and having your finger on the pulse of trends and changes in consumer behavior. You will be data-driven and self-sufficient, partnering with analysts but also doing your own analysis as well as being responsible for data procurement and data fidelity in your areas of domain subject matter expertise, dashboarding, monitoring, reporting, insight development, root cause analysis, strategy, roadmapping, goal-calibrating and more.

6+ years of experience working as a Product Manager or equivalent experience
Experience owning product/features from start to finish and excellent product sense
You know what makes a great customer experience, and you can describe your vision with words and visuals as necessary.
Ruthless prioritization – You have a strong sense of how to prioritize in a consumer space
Experience with large-scale web and/or mobile apps, and/or e-commerce applications
4+ years of Consumer-facing experience – This role is 100% focused on the customer
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; self-proficiency in the use of analytics tools
Demonstrated results working with and influencing stakeholders- in this role you will present solutions directly to C-level executives
Tech-savvy – able to understand the technical complexities & nuances of alternative solutions
Experience with agile methodologies
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with high comfort level w.r.t. fierce prioritization
Enjoy working in a goal-oriented environment with accountability
Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant experience
8+ years of experience working as a Product Manager
Or equivalent experience with 2+ years as a Product Manager and 4+ years in adjacent industries as a consultant, I-banker, or engineer with an MBA.
Consumer Product experience focused on iterative testing to drive growth and/or revenue
5+ years of experience owning and maintaining a product roadmap
Proficiency with SQL or other data querying tools
MBA or MS in Computer Science preferable.
